When I saw the tour announcement for The House at the end of the Sea I was so intrigued. As I was reading I kept getting pulled out of the story but it was the wonderful atmosphere and how the house felt more like a character which was nicely done by Victoria.
For me Saffie was an okay Main Character but for me if the story was concentrated more on Milo who seemed to be something special and would of taken the story to the next level.
For all the above reasons The House at the end of the Sea receives 3 stars.
